Staying at Avida Davao by Lemonique Homes was a delightful experience that felt remarkably like stepping into your own well-appointed condo unit in the heart of Davao City. The spacious triple room featured exceptional amenities such as an air-conditioning unit, microwave, and a kettle - all essentials for a cozy city trip. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette that provided the opportunity to prepare light meals, though I chuckled at the lack of pots and pans, a quirky detail to keep in mind. The view of the city from my room was truly stunning, especially at sunset, making it the perfect backdrop for my photography pursuits. the strong Wi-Fi and complimentary access to both Netflix and YouTube were fantastic perks that made relaxing in the evening a joy. Our host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we felt at home and readily assisting with any inquiries. Despite a brief hiccup with check-in-where our room was not fully prepared-we were met with understanding and kindness, reinforcing the notion that patience and goodwill often yield the best outcomes. Avida Davao stands out as a charming and comfortable base for exploring the beauty of Davao, brimming with potential for both relaxation and adventure. I definitely look forward to rebooking for my next visit!
